Creative Rituals Club FAQ
What is Creative Rituals Club? A monthly snail mail club for anyone craving a slower, more creative way to move through life. Each month you'll get a thoughtfully made piece of mail centered around a creative living theme. No screens, no pressure, just a gentle ritual to look forward to in your mailbox.
What's inside each envelope? Every month includes:
A themed printed letter with what's been on my mind, recommendations, and a playlist
A creative prompt card to return to a few times throughout the month
A journal or reflection prompt card
Nice paper for your creative practice
Occasional thoughtful extras depending on the month's theme (the first month is stickers)
How much does it cost?
US Edition: $9/month
International Edition: $10/month
6 month bundle (US): $45 (a little savings vs. paying monthly)
6 month bundle (International): $50 (a little savings vs. paying monthly)
Shipping is included in all prices.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, everywhere. Just make sure to choose the International Edition at checkout.
When is the cutoff to subscribe? The 20th of each month. If you join by the 20th, you'll receive that month's edition. If you join after the 20th, your first letter will be the following month's edition.
For example, if you sign up on May 20th, you'll get the June edition. If you sign up on May 25th, your first letter will be July's edition.
When does it ship? Letters go out the first week of every month. US delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks after shipping. International delivery can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on where you are.
How does billing work? The monthly subscription renews automatically on the same date you signed up each month. The 6 month bundle is a single up front payment.
Can I cancel? Anytime. Just cancel through your account portal before the 20th of the month and you won't be billed for the next cycle. If you cancel after the 20th, you'll still receive the edition you've already paid for, and your subscription won't renew after that.
How do I update my address? You can update it through your account portal, or email me at hello@rynceramics.com before the 20th of the month and I'll take care of it.
What if my letter doesn't arrive? Hang tight, especially if you're international. If it's been more than 3 weeks (US) or 4 weeks (international) past the ship date, send me an email and we'll figure out a replacement.
Do I need to be an artist to join? Not at all. This is for anyone who wants more creativity in their life, even if you don't currently call yourself "creative." The prompts are made to be flexible and welcoming, not intimidating.
Do I need special supplies? A pen or pencil is plenty. If you want to bring in watercolor, markers, colored pencils, or collage, go for it. The prompts are open ended on purpose.
Can I write back? I don't have a PO Box yet, but it's something I'm working on. For now, you can email me anytime at hello@rynceramics.com. I love hearing from members.
Can I gift a subscription? Yes. The 6 month bundle makes a really lovely gift. If you want to coordinate the start date around a birthday or holiday, just email me and I'll work it out with you.
How did this start? I discovered snail mail clubs at the end of last year and was instantly hooked. The Drawing Club by Jen Madden was my first, and that little envelope showing up each month reminded me how good it feels to slow down and hold something real in my hands. Creative Rituals Club is my version of that, a small monthly practice to help you make space for your own creativity.
